Changes from Previous Years
This year the Banquet Meal will be separate. Our costs have continued to increase yearly. We have tried our best to keep from passing along the costs to you. Since the majority of the exhibitors do not attend the banquet, the planning committee voted to keep the registration fee and exhibit fee the same. However, you will not receive a ticket to attend the banquet unless you pay extra for it. If you are already registered, the additional cost for a banquet ticket will be only $10 each. We have tried our best to keep from increasing the fees we charge so this was the best solution we could come up with. I realize many of you have passed on your banquet ticket to regular members for their spouse in the past. This has certainly been your prerogative. However, please remember, you will not receive a banquet ticket this year unless you purchase one for $10 each. If you want to continue to give your banquet ticket to a regular member, just pay for it when you register and you will receive one as before.
Opening Session will be held on opening day (Wednesday) beginning at 1 pm. Officer elections, the business meeting and the door prize drawing be held during the “opening session.” Lunch will be provided for everyone on Thursday and Friday on campus.
Each person is responsible for
arranging their hotel room reservation. We have made arrangements with the following hotels:

Display Space Selection
Display space will be chosen Wednesday, September 25 at 9:00 am in order of postmark. You must have someone present to choose your space, or you forfeit your choice of location. Spaces will be assigned after selection process to exhibitors not present. You can choose anyone you like to be your representative (except Ron or Roxie Mack). If your display requires a larger space than 3’ x 8’ you will need to purchase two spaces- initially.
