2023 WESTERN CONVENTION EXHIBITOR DISPLAY SPACE

FOR MEMBERS


  1. Approximately 60 Display Spaces will be available; the size is approximately 3' x 8' with a 2' x 6' table inside. Tables can be removed if not needed. There are no curtains and no items can block the aisles in front of your display.
  2. EACH Display Space purchase includes one (1) Exhibitor Representative.
  3. Each additional representative(s) will have to pay an Exhibitor Registration Fee.
  4. Choice of display space will be determined by receipt of payment, so the earlier we receive your payment, the greater your chance of obtaining the location you desire. Display spaces will be chose in order of postmark/credit card date and time stamp.
  5. You must have someone present to choose your display space, or you forfeit your choice of location. Spaces will be assigned after the selection process to exhibitors not present. There will be no exceptions. You can choose anyone you like to be your representative (except for NCPSMA Executive Director Kristie Payne).
  6. If your display requires a larger space than 3' x 8' you will need to purchase two (2) spaces originally.
  7. Inside and outside spaces are available. Outside spaces include sidewalks, parking lots, etc. and cannot block any access areas.
  8. Exhibitors are encouraged to supply and distribute door prizes through games, calling card drawings or whatever option they choose (within reason) at their display space. Door prizes cannot consist of alcoholic beverages.
  9. A Buffet Luncheon provided by NCPSMA and catered by Ridgecrest will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday and is included with your conference registration.


EXHIBITOR TIMELINE FOR WEDNESDAY, MAY 24, 2023


  • 8:30-9:00 am - Exhibitor Display Selection (in order of payment receipt)
  • 9:00-10:00 am - Exhibitor Display Setup (In fairness to all, exhibitors will not be permitted to begin setup until all exhibitors present have chosen their space.
  • 10:00-11:00 am - Opening Session with Vendor Introductions
  • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm - Visitation with Exhibitors and Door Prizes
  • 12:00-1:00 pm - Exhibitor and Member Traditional Southern Buffet
  • 1:00-2:30 pm - Visitation with Exhibitors and Door Prizes
  • 2:30-4:30 pm - Exhibitor Display Breakdown


Cost is $518 ($500 + $18 CC Fee)

Additional Exhibitor Registration

  1. One (1) Exhibitor Representative is Included with each Display Space
  2. Exhibitors are not allowed to be on the Convention Floor unless they are registered.

Buffet Luncheon(s) Sponsorship

  1. There will be two (2) buffet luncheons during the Western Conference.
  2. Wednesday, May 24, 2023 - Exhibitor & Member Traditional Southern Buffet (Approximate cost - $4,500)
  3. Thursday, May 25, 2023 - Classic Picnic Buffet (Approximate cost - $2,000)
  4. A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event sponsored and will be listed in the convention program as well as in NCPSMA's monthly publication The Maintenance Beacon.
  5. There is a $500 minimum required to sponsor this event.

Cornhole Tournament Refreshment & Tournament Sponsorship

  1. The Cornhole Tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 24, at 4:45 pm.
  2. A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event sponsored and will be listed in the convention program as well as in NCPSMA's monthly publication The Maintenance Beacon.
  3. There is a $125 minimum required to sponsor this event.
