2023 EASTERN CONVENTION EXHIBITOR DISPLAY SPACE FOR NON-MEMBERS
If not a current member, you can join now to receive member pricing.
- There will be 82 Display Spaces available in the Exhibit Hall; the size is approximately 3' x 8' with a 2' x 6' table inside. Tables can be removed if not needed. There are no curtains and no items can block the aisles in front of your display.
- In the event, we have over 82 Display Spaces sold we will carry over Display Spaces into the hallway and lobby areas. The hallway and lobby areas will be moderately monitored by DoubleTree staff; however, these areas cannot be secured from public traffic.
- EACH Display Space purchase includes one (1) Exhibitor Representative.
- Each additional representative(s) will have to pay an Exhibitor Registration Fee.
- Choice of display space will be determined by receipt of payment, the earlier your payment is received the greater chance you have of obtaining your desired location. Display spaces will be chose in order of postmark/credit card date and time stamp.
- You must have someone present to choose your display space, or you forfeit your choice of location. Spaces will be assigned after the selection process to exhibitors not present. There will be no exceptions. You can choose anyone you like to be your representative (except for NCPSMA Executive Director Kristie Payne).
- If your display requires a larger space than 3' x 8' you will need to purchase two (2) spaces originally.
- Inside and outside spaces are available. Outside spaces include sidewalks, parking lots, etc. and cannot block any access areas.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to supply and distribute door prizes through games, calling card drawings or whatever option they choose (within reason) at their display space. Door prizes cannot consist of alcoholic beverages.
Cost is $761 ($725 + $10 Late Fee +$26 Credit Card Fee)

A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event sponsored and will be listed in the convention program as well as in NCPSMA's monthly publication The Maintenance Beacon.
Note: The deadline for sponsorship recognition to be printed in the program and on a sign is September 5, 2023. However, if you donate after September 5, 2023 it will still be listed in The Maintenance Beacon.
