2023 EASTERN CONVENTION MEMBER - EXHIBITOR ATTENDANCE WITH NO DISPLAY SPACE


  1. Per the decision made by the NCPSMA Advisory Council, in fairness to all exhibitors, each company must pay a minimum of $600 to attend. Whether you choose to purchase a display space or sponsor an event, a minimum is required for attendance.


Cost is $631 ($600 + $10 Late Fee + $21 Credit Card Fee)


NOTE: LIST ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED AS HOW YOU WISH FOR IT TO BE LISTED IN THE CONVENTION PROGRAM AND ON NAME TAGS

Sponsorship Opportunities

  1. Advisory Council and Convention Planning Committee Dinner - Approximate Cost is $750
  2. Wednesday Morning Coffee and Biscuits - Approximate Cost is $500
  3. Thursday Morning Coffee - Approximate Cost is $500
  4. Thursday State Officers, Superintendents and Directors Luncheon - Approximate Cost is $1000
  5. Thursday Evening Refreshment Break - Approximate Cost is $4000
  6. Friday Morning Breakfast - Approximate Cost is $6500
  7. Friday Cornhole Tournament - Approximate Cost is $1500
  8. Friday Awards Banquet Membership Drawing - Cost is $800 (There will be a $100 drawing for each of the 8 districts.)


A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event sponsored and will be listed in the convention program as well as in NCPSMA's monthly publication The Maintenance Beacon.


Note: The deadline for sponsorship recognition to be printed in the program and on a sign is September 5, 2023. However, if you donate after September 5, 2023 it will still be listed in The Maintenance Beacon.
