2026 WESTERN CONFERENCE MEMBER REGISTRATION
There are two (2) types of Member Registration
1) Regular Member Registration
- Currently employed with a North Carolina Public School System
2) Regular Retired Member Registration
- Retired from the North Carolina Public School System
To attend the conference, you must be a current member of NCPSMA.
Cost is $78 ($75 + $3 CC Fee)
ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS
1) Ridgecrest Cafeteria LUNCH Ticket (May 19 ONLY)
- Ideal for those who want to stay on campus and avoid the time-consuming drive to Black Mountain. Especially those taking credit hour classes this day, and only have 1 hour between classes.
- Cost is $17 ($16 + $1 CC Fee)
2) Ridgecrest Cafeteria Meal Ticket
- Cost is $69 ($66 + $3 CC Fee)
- Includes Tuesday, May 19 Dinner, Wednesday, May 20 Breakfast and Dinner, and Thursday, May 21 Breakfast
NOTES:
- A buffet luncheon will be provided for everyone on Wednesday & Thursday.
- Meals CANNOT be purchased through Ridgecrest & MUST be purchased before April 20.
- NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED MEALS
There will be no refunds after April 20, 2026.
