2026 WESTERN CONFERENCE MEMBER EXHIBITOR DISPLAY SPACE
1) There will be a total of 100 exhibitor display spaces available.
· 80 display spaces are located inside the Exhibit Hall.
· 20 display spaces are located in the front and back hallways outside the Exhibit Hall.
· Not all exhibitors will be placed inside the Exhibit Hall.
· Display space location is assigned based on the date payment is received.
· Early registration increases the likelihood of being placed inside the Exhibit Hall, but placement cannot be guaranteed.
This information is provided to ensure exhibitors understand that hallway placement is possible and may be assigned if Exhibit Hall spaces fill.
2) Size approximately 3' x 8' with a 2' x 6' table
- If your display requires a large space, you will need to purchase 2 spaces originally.
- Tables can be removed if not needed.
- There are no curtains, and no items can block the aisles in front of your display.
- Outside Display Spaces include sidewalks and parking lots
2) Each Display Space includes one (1) Exhibitor Representative.
3) Each additional representative will have to pay an Exhibitor Registration Fee
Cost is $621 ($600 + $21 CC Fee)

1) Additional Exhibitor Registration
- Exhibitors are not allowed on the Conference Floor unless they are registered.
- Cost is $104 ($100 + $4 CC Fee)
2) Ridgecrest Cafeteria LUNCH Ticket (May 19 ONLY)
- Ideal for those who want to stay on campus and avoid the time-consuming drive to Black Mountain. Especially those taking credit hour classes this day, and only have 1 hour between classes.
- Cost is $17 ($16 + $1 CC Fee)
3) Ridgecrest Cafeteria Meal Ticket
- Cost is $69 ($66 + $3 CC Fee)
- Includes Tuesday, May 19 Dinner, Wednesday, May 20 Breakfast and Dinner, and Thursday, May 21 Breakfast
NOTES:
- A buffet luncheon will be provided for everyone on Wednesday & Thursday
- Meals CANNOT be purchased through Ridgecrest & MUST be purchased before April 20, 2026.
- NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED MEALS.
4) Sponsorships
A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event, on the NCPSMA App, and in our monthly publication, The Maintenance Beacon.
