2024 EASTERN CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR DISPLAY SPACE FOR NON-MEMBERS
If you are not a current member, you can join now to receive member pricing.
- Display Spaces will be in the Exhibit Hall as well as in the hallway areas. If those display spaces are sold out then the lobby area will be opened for displays.
- The sizes are approximately 3' x 8' with a 2' x 6' table. Due to fire & safety codes, all displays must fit in the assigned footprint for your display space. If the display will not fit on or beside the table, another space must be purchased. Additional display space(s) must be purchased during registration.
- EACH Display Space purchase includes one (1) Exhibitor Representative.
- Each additional representative(s) will have to pay an Exhibitor Registration Fee.
- Choice of display space will be determined by receipt of payment, the earlier your payment is received the greater chance you have of obtaining your desired location. Display spaces will be chose in order of postmark/credit card date and time stamp.
- Vendors will be contacted after registration is confirmed to choose your display space before arriving at the conference. In the event a vendor cannot be contacted, spaces will be assigned.
- Display Spaces with electricity are on a "first come, first serve" basis due to only having a limited number of electrical display spaces. Electrical availability is not guaranteed.
- Inside and outside spaces are available. Outside spaces include sidewalks, parking lots, etc. and cannot block any access areas.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to supply and distribute door prizes through games, calling card drawings or whatever option they choose (within reason) at their display space. Door prizes cannot consist of alcoholic beverages.
Cost is $760 ($725 + $10 + $25 Credit Card Fee)

Additional Add-Ons
One (1) Exhibitor Representative is Included with each Display Space each additional exhibitor must register separately.
Exhibitors are not allowed to be on the Trade Show Floor unless they are registered.

- Wednesday Awards Banquet & Celebration Membership Drawing - Cost is $800 (There will be a $100 drawing for each of the 8 districts.)
- Thursday Hospitality Room (7:00am-4:30pm) - Cost is $750
- Thursday Maintenance Directors/Supervisors & State Officers Luncheon - Cost is $1,500
- Thursday Afternoon Refreshment Break - Cost is $5,000
- Friday Hospitality Room (7:00-11:00am) - Cost is $300
A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event(s) you choose, as well as being listed in the conference program, "The Maintenance Beacon", on our website and app.
Note: The deadline for sponsorship recognition to be printed in the program and on a sign is September 2, 2024. However, if you donate after September 2, 2024, it will still be listed in The Maintenance Beacon, online and on the app.
