Exhibitors are not allowed to be on the Trade Show Floor unless they are registered.


Cost is $114 ($100 + $10 Late Fee + $4 CC Fee)

  1. Tuesday Hospitality Room (8:00am-4:30pm) - Cost is $500
  2. Tuesday Cornhole Tournament & Boxed Lunches - Cost is $1,300
  3. Wednesday Hospitality Room (7:00am-12:30pm) - Cost is $300
  4. Wednesday Awards Banquet & Celebration Membership Drawing - Cost is $800 (There will be a $100 drawing for each of the 8 districts.)
  5. Thursday Hospitality Room (7:00am-4:30pm) - Cost is $750
  6. Thursday Maintenance Directors/Supervisors & State Officers Luncheon - Cost is $1,500
  7. Thursday Afternoon Refreshment Break - Cost is $5,000

A sign will be displayed with your company name as the sponsor and/or co-sponsor during the event(s) you choose, as well as being listed in the conference program, "The Maintenance Beacon", on our website and app.


Note: The deadline for sponsorship recognition to be printed in the program and on a sign is September 2, 2024. However, if you donate after September 2, 2024, it will still be listed in The Maintenance Beacon, online and on the app.
