2025 EASTERN CONFERENCE REGULAR OR RETIRED MEMBER REGISTRATION
There are two (2) types of Member Registration
1) Regular Member Registration
- Currently employed with a North Carolina Public School System
2) Retired Member Registration
- Retired from a North Carolina Public School System
To attend the conference you must be a current member of NCPSMA.
Cost is $78 ($75 + $3 CC Fee)

ADDITIONAL ADD-ON(S)
Wednesday, September 24 (6:00 pm) Awards Banquet Ticket
- NCPSMA welcomes members to bring family and friends to the Awards Banquet, however EACH PERSON is REQUIRED to purchase a Banquet Ticket in ADVANCE and cannot be purchased at the conference.
- NCPSMA must provide DoubleTree a count for the Banquet 2 weeks prior to the event.
- There will be no refunds for missed meals.
Add-on Cost is $11 ($10 + $1 Credit Card Fee)

Thursday, September 25 Boxed Lunch
- You can choose a boxed lunch if you choose to stay onsite for lunch
- Boxed Lunches MUST be purchased in advance and cannot be purchased at the conference.
- There will be no refunds for missed meals.
Add-on Cost is $23 ($22 + $1 Credit Card Fee)
