For those wishing to stay on-site for lunch, you have the option of a boxed lunch.
Boxed lunches are served with an apple, potato chips, plasticware & cookies/brownies.
NCPSMA must provide DoubleTree a count for the Boxed Lunches 2 weeks before the event.
You CANNOT purchase boxed lunches when you arrive at the conference.
There will be no refunds for missed meals.
There will be no refunds after August 15, 2026
