A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Welcome to the 18th Annual Western Conference
NCPSMA Colleagues,
Welcome to the 18th Annual Western Conference
Welcome, everybody, to the 18th Annual NCPSMA Western Conference. It is wonderful to have you here. I am very grateful to you for allowing me to serve as your president of the North Carolina Public School Maintenance Association for another year. Your support over the past years of my serving in this position has been truly amazing. You are the reason I continue to fight in every way for this association. This organization has a solid foundation and continues to grow in membership, but more so in our bonding as an association, which is the biggest reason we remain strong.
As we begin this conference, I wanted to let you know there are many classes available on various topics, wonderful vendors available to support each of your roles as employees, and true fellowship that will ensure lasting connections. I hope that once the conference concludes, you’ll be able to return to your school districts with a wealth of knowledge gained that will help you impact your workforce in a great way.
I would also like to acknowledge our NCPSMA Executive Director, Kristie Payne. She has worked extremely hard, and her dedication to this event and the association always goes above and beyond. Putting this together is no small task, and I truly am grateful for all of the big things that can be seen and for all the small things that make the big things better. Please stop her and let her know how much you appreciate her as well.
If I, or any of our amazing officers, can be of assistance to you in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of us. We are all here for you!
I look forward to seeing you and enjoying your experience here in Black Mountain!
God Bless,
Mark Letchworth
